How Do I Send SOQ Reminders to Students From the SOQ Dashboard?
In this guide, you will learn how to send SOQ reminders to your students. The university will automatically send only two emails to students regarding SOQs: One initial email and one reminder email.
As the instructor, you have the ability to remind the students to complete their SOQs through Explorance Blue (the newest SOQ system).
Step 1: Get to your Subject Management page through the SOQ Dashboard
You can do this by clicking on this link: SOQ Dashboard
Info: You may have to log in using your CSUF Portal information and perform the DUO Authentication.
Step 2: Click on the 3 horizontal dots (known as "More options") for one of your courses
Step 3: Click on "View invitees"
Step 5: To send reminders to students, you need to click on "Resend invitation emails to all raters who have not yet submitted."
