How do I connect my Canvas course with ELEteca?
You will learn how to connect your Canvas course with the desired ELEteca assignments for your students.
Follow these steps after you have already adopted an ELEteca etextbook.
1. Enter your course and click on the + symbol.
2. With Assignment selected, click on Create Assignment.
3. Type in a title for the new assignment.
4. Click on Add Item.
5. Click on the link for the assignment.
6. Click on Edit.
7. Scroll down the page to Submission Type.
8. Use the dropdown menu to select External Tool.
9. Click on Find.
10. Select ELEteca from the list of external tools.
11. Click on Select.
12. Click on Save.
13. Click on the link to load the assignment.
14. Select the name of your assignment.
NOTE: If you do not have any etextbooks listed, contact Edinumen to establish an account.
15. Publish the Assignment once you complete the setup in ELEteca.
