How do I view Access Hub?
You will learn how to view the Access Hub which can assist you with remediating files within each Canvas course. This tool can auto-remediate many types of issues common files may have.
This can save you a lot of time. Plus, serve your students by providing accessible files.
1. Enter your Canvas course and scroll down the course menu until you see Access Hub.
If you do not see the Access Hub in your course menu, follow this guide to lean how to add it.
2. Click on Access Hub.
3. When viewing for the first time in each course, click on Activate.
4. The Access Hub displays.

If the Access Hub showing the number of files in your course, which ones have been remediated and the ones that might still have issues does not display, your course might not be connected. If the page appears like this screenshot below, then your course is not currently connected to Access Hub. Typically, only matriculated courses will be connected to the hub. At this time, only Fall 2026 courses are connected.
