You will learn how to export grades data from TestFlex for a specific Test (exam) to Excel; Curve the grades as desired, then upload the CSV to Canvas Grades.
1. Login to TestFlex and navigate to the Test you want to use and click on the title.
2. Using the three dots menu, select Export Data.
3. Using the dropdown menu, select Canvas LMS.
4. Match the fields to the Canvas fields.
TestFlex only has two data fields: Student ID and Student Name.
Match Student ID to Student ID and SIS USER ID and SIS Login ID.
Match Student Name to Student Name.
5. Click on Download Gradebook.
6. Open the Excel file from Downloads and make the desired adjustments.
After curving the grades, save and close the CSV.
7. Navigate to your Canvas course Grades.
8. Click on Import.
9. Click on Choose File.
10. Select the file from TestFlex and click on Open.
11. Click on Upload Data.
12. Grades now appear for that assignment.
