How do I add Multiple Choice questions to my test in TestFlex?
You will learn how to add Multiple Choice questions to your test/answer sheet in Scantron TestFlex.
1. Navigate to your test and click on the title.
2. Click on Edit Test.
3. Click on Save Design Settings.
4. Click on Add.
5. Select Multiple Choice.
6. Decide how you want the bubbles to display.
Here is what each type allows you to do. However, most users will likely just use the default of Bubbles only.
Bubbles-Only Display: This display option renders a bubbles-only view; one for each answer choice (i.e. no question text or answer labels).
Table-View Display: Questions and answers are displayed in a table view, with question text in the first column and answer text in subsequent columns.
Traditional Display: Questions are displayed in a traditional vertical question and answer layout, with question text above its associated answer labels.
7. Type the number of multiple choice questions you want to include.
8. Decide on the (1) number of answer choices and the (2) name of the answer choices.
Most faculty will likely leave these choices as is, but if you want to have a separate group of True/False questions on your test, you could select 2 for the answer choices and TF for the answer choices.
9. Click on Save Section.
10. The preview has been updated.
You can add multiple sections if desired with different question types, such as Math or Open Response.
11. Click on Finished when the design is completed.
