How do I change the Term in TestFlex?
You will learn how to change the Term in Scantron TestFlex, such as from Winter 2026 to Spring 2026.
As a side note, the Admin for our TestFlex account will be the one to set the "Current Term". However, any Instructor user can change their own view to any existing term. You may want to do this to see your Tests from a previous term or to set up your Tests for an upcoming term.
1. Click on your name to access the menu.
Note that the term shown in the screenshot is "Winter 2026", but "Spring 2026" is the desired term.
2. Select Switch Term.
3. Use the dropdown menu to select the desired term.
Note that the Admin has marked Spring 2026 as the current term for the entire site. However, you can view any term you desired which the Admin has already created.
4. Click on Switch Term.
5. Your Dashboard now shows Spring 2026.
