Student: How do I upload a video to a Discussion reply?

You will learn how to upload a video to a Discussion in your course, using your webcam to record the video.

There are several ways to do this process, but this guide will show you the quickest and easiest.

1. In the Discussion, click on Reply.

2. Click on the Upload video icon.

3. Click on the Record tab.

If you have already created a video, say on your phone, you can drag it to the Upload area to upload it.

4. Click on Start Recording.

Be sure to verify your Mic and Webcam first if needed.

5. Wait for the count down.

6. When finished, click on Finish.

7. Type a title for the video.

8. Click on Save Media.

9. Click on Reply.

If you need to add text, images or other content, go ahead and add that now.

Your response is now posted to the Discussion.

If your instructor has allowed it, you can use the Three Dots menu to edit your post.
