How Do I Fill Out the Student Opinion Questionnaire (SOQ) Survey?
In this guide, you will learn how to fill out and submit the Student Opinion Questionnaire (SOQ) survey. SOQs are anonymous and confidential surveys that all students have the ability to complete. Note that SOQs are optional, but highly encouraged to complete.

Step 1: Get to the SOQ Dashboard
Step 2: Select which course and instructor that you want to complete the SOQ survey for by clicking on "Start now"
Step 3: Fill out the specific SOQ survey for the selected instructor and course
Step 4: Once you answer every question, you may then click on the blue "Submit" button
Step 5: Your responses have been submitted successfully!
Info: After you fill out your SOQ survey and click on Submit, then you should be prompted with a "Your responses have been submitted successfully!" screen. On this screen, you will be able to click on "click here" to access the SOQ Dashboard.
Step 6: SOQ Dashboard is now updated
Tip: You can click here to get to the SOQ Dashboard and review your updated SOQ list:
Info: After you complete and submit an SOQ, you will now see that one of the surveys will be grayed out the next time you visit the SOQ Dashboard.
