How do I move my existing Zoom Cloud recordings from Zoom to Dropbox?

You will learn how to manually download your existing Zoom cloud recordings from Zoom and upload them to Dropbox for storage and sharing with your students. This process may be necessary in order to free up storage space in Zoom cloud.

1. Go to fullerton.zoom.us and click on Sign in.

2. Click on Recordings & Transcripts.

4. Click on the 3 dots menu.

5. Select Download.

6. Click on Download.

7. Click on Allow if prompted.

8. In your Downloads folder, locate the video file.

9. Drag the video file from your Downloads folder to your Zoom folder in Dropbox.

1. Return to the Zoom Recordings and Transcripts page and click on the 3 dots menu.
