How do I send an email using the Class Roster in Titan Online?

You will learn how to send an email - either to individual students or to the entire class - using the Class Roster located within Titan Online.

Follow these steps after you have logged in to the CSUF Portal.

1. Click on Faculty Homepage.

2. Click on the Class Roster.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

4. Notify All Students.

If you want to only email some students but not all, then check the box to the left of the appropriate student's name and click on the Notify Selected Students button.

5. Fill out the Subject and the Message.

The To: field will have your email address and the BCC: field will have the selected student email addresses.

You need to type text into the Subject line and the Message Text. You cannot include any attachments, and this is a plain text message.

6. Click on Send Notification.
