How can I download my original file or the remediated file from Access Hub?
You will learn how to download your original course file or the remediated file from Access Hub.
1. Within your course, click on Access Hub in the course menu.
2. The Access Hub displays.
3. Click on Review course files
4. The list of files displays.
5. Click on Published or Review for the desired file.
Remediated files that have replaced the original file in Canvas will have a link called Published. Remediated files that have not yet replaced the original course file will have a button called Review.
6. Click on Download original (1) or Download remediated (2).
7. The file downloads to your Downloads folder on your computer.
Both files will have the same name, so the second one you download will have a (1) appended to the name.
