You will learn how to create a recurring Zoom meeting which you can then use for your Office Hours.

1. Go to the Zoom website for Cal State Fullerton.

2. Click on Sign in.

3. Login to the CSUF Portal (when redirected).

4. Click on + Schedule a meeting.

5. Type a title for your recurring meeting.

6. Tick the Recurring meeting box.

7. Use the dropdown menu to select No Fixed Time.

8. Decide whether to have a Waiting Room.

A waiting room might be desirable to use if you are making this Zoom meeting for office hours and you occasionally may need to use it for confidential conversations where you do not want others to enter the meeting uninvited.
