How do I change the Term in TestFlex?
You will learn how to change the Term in TestFlex, such as from Winter 2026 to Spring 2026.
As a side note, the Admin for our TestFlex account will be the one to set the "Current Term". However, any Instructor user can change their own view to any existing term. You may want to do this to see your Tests from a previous term or to set up your Tests for an upcoming term.
1. Click on your name to access the menu.
2. Select Switch Term.
3. Use the dropdown menu to select the desired term.
Note that the Admin has marked Spring 2026 as the current term for the entire site. However, you can view a different term.
4. Click on Switch Term.
5. Your Dashboard now shows Spring 2026.
